Cancellation Policy. A 33% deposit of your stay is required for some reservations. It assures your arrival and departure as confirmed. Sorry, but we are unable to give refunds on early departures.In the event you must cancel your reservation, please call and cancel 72 hours prior to your arrival for full refund of deposit. Christmas and New Years week, 2 weeks of 4th of July, Snowmobile Derby Days, Musky Tournaments, Klondike Days, Pond Hockey, Camp Weekend, and Cranberry Fest require a 7-day notice for full refund of deposit. If notice of cancellation is NOT given prior to the 72 hour or 7-day notice, we will bill your credit card for the full amount. Check in time is anytime after 3:00 p.m., and check out time is at 11:00 a.m. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact us. We are looking forward to making your stay most enjoyable!
